Dear CAUS Members:
CAUS has received the following report from Ken Welch. Since CAUS believes
that Reverse Speech can be a powerful tool in uncovering the truth, it is
asking its members, who have the expertise in this area, to help confirm Mr.
Welch's findings and conclusions. All comments are appreciated. It appears
that events are moving at an accelerated pace:
- FLASH NEWS -
Speech reversals from a Presidential press conference yesterday
(Thursday 12/17) indicate that a U-2 FLIGHT OVER IRAQ TO ASSESS BOMB
DAMAGE ENCOUNTERED TWO OR MORE UFO'S - and that this event was
the cause of serious concern.
Method: Speech reversing software
Source: Recorded from Internet, very high level of background noise,
required significant processing to clarify reversals.
Circumstances: During a press conference, the President was asked
how he would respond to those suggesting the attack on Iraq was
merely a means of delaying impeachment proceedings. Because it was
hoped his answer would be revealing on this issue, his response was
recorded and analyzed. Results contained a surprise!
Normal speech: This is the statement you heard on the news all
day, which begins "That it's not true. That what I did was the right
thing for the country. I don't think any serious person would..."
The segment l reviewed runs for slightly over a minute. General
topic is timing, reasons, and current information about military
operations in Iraq.

Conclusions:
1. Overall IRAQ situation is about OIL, and oil profits. (Prices
down seriously right now). References to oil leases were found in
other White house reversals today, and oil pipelines have been in the
news as well. This may mean that Clinton was pressured (paid?) to
act before his personal position became more precarious.
2. Clinton recognizes he is in serious trouble, believes if he can
hang in there for one more month he will be OK. (Why one month?)
Apparently the Harris organization has supplied data indicating that
showing leadership through war will give him that month, or save him
entirely. Consequently, his interests and those of energy/oil
coincide.
3. The news that a U2 reconnaissance flight has encountered UFO's is
very recent. More information will arrive via the "red" phone. There
is a possibility that one or more UFO's were also in the area the
previous night, when military action began.
4. The suggestion that UFO's are observing operations in and around
IRAQ is for some reason cause for alarm, and what appears to be almost
a panic reaction. ( Make the call - Damn the profits - Call the
oil...)
Notes: Reversals were triple-reviewed. Doubtful ones are
indicated. Also,
a) We thought U2's were taken out of service long ago - but found
CNN also using this designation.
b) This is the first scan we have done on the President in many
months in which his unconscious thoughts did not wander to erotic
topics.
c) The particular subject matter, as reflected in the reversals,
has not been found before, and was completely unexpected.
d) It might be worthwhile to locate audio archives from the
anticlimactic ending of the "Desert Storm" operation, to see what can
be learned there, beyond the identity of the person who held the
lease on those torched oil fields. Were UFO's present then?
Oddly enough, on Thursday evening a CNN reporter commented that with
the impeachment proceedings in the House, and war in Iraq, the only
thing that could top today as the ultimate "news" day, would be the
landing of an alien space ship!
